
London, 23rd September 2025: ΎΕΙ«Φ±²₯β’, the Global Technology and Innovation Leader specialising in asset and wealth management software, is pleased to announce that it has raised $27 million in a Series A2 funding round.
The funding, raised at a higher valuation to the Series A announced in January 2024, will enable ΎΕΙ«Φ±²₯β’ to accelerate the continuing global rollout of its innovative industry leading technology software. The funding will also be used to support ΎΕΙ«Φ±²₯β’βs expansion into several strategic target markets, as well as launching proprietary, AI-powered transformative tools for the global asset and wealth management industry.
Portage led the round, joined by State Street, existing shareholders, and management, highlighting continued commitment to ΎΕΙ«Φ±²₯β’βs strategy and long-term vision.

Since ΎΕΙ«Φ±²₯β’βs Series A funding, the company has announced two high profile new clients. In March 2024, ΎΕΙ«Φ±²₯β’ signed an agreement with Fidelity International to deliver ΎΕΙ«Φ±²₯β’βs innovative cloud-based Transfer Agency platform, ΎΕΙ«Φ±²₯β’ Global Core as part of Fidelity Internationalβs private assets business operating model. Furthermore, in March 2025, ΎΕΙ«Φ±²₯β’ was chosen by State Street for the launch of their UK transfer agency service. ΎΕΙ«Φ±²₯β’ launched their Long-Term Asset Fund (LTAF) capability in 2024 and achieved ISO27001 certification.
