About the Presenter: Gloria E. Monzon, R.D.H. has employed LASERs for soft tissue therapy since 1993. She earned her Mastership from the World Clinical Laser Institute (WCLI) and Advanced Proficiency and Educator Status from the Academy of Laser Dentistry. She has served as Certification Examiner and Educator for both World Clinical Laser Institute and Academy of Laser Dentistry.
Gloria has partnered with Dr. Robert Barr as the Hygiene Director for the Pacific Laser Institute, where she has educated Dentists and Dental Hygienists on LASER therapy.
She has lectured and trained throughout the United States & Internationally on LASER therapy and has published on LASER applications. Gloria heads the Advanced Laser Hygiene Consulting, where she trains and certifies hygiene departments on Laser use.

He is knowledgeable in multiple wavelengths and a founder of and one of the first to achieve Mastership and Educator status from the Academy of Laser Dentistry.
Dr. Barr is a founder and board member of The World Congress of Microdentistry, World Clinical Laser Institute, and the Academy of Laser Dentistry. He is also a clinical instructor for BIOLASE Technology and Pacific Laser Institute, Inc. a company he founded for the education and training of dentists and hygienists.
